Farpy is a prepaid compute service. Charges are tied to submitted and completed compute work.
Unused prepaid balance may be refundable at Farpy discretion where required by law and where fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, or policy violations are not involved.
Completed jobs are generally non-refundable once compute has been delivered, output has been produced, or a receipt has been generated.
If a paid job fails before valid completion, Farpy may issue credit, re-run, or refund at its discretion.
Accounts involved in abuse, fraud, policy violations, or payment reversals may be denied refunds.
